You may reschedule without any penalty. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment or same-day cancellations: You will be charged in full, or for one session of your package or you will be charge to your gift card or Groupon will be applied to your account. This policy ensures that we can manage our schedule and continue to provide high-quality services to all of our clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
