Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: To secure your appointment at Leegerem, we kindly ask for a valid credit card to hold your booking. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive the full service. If you need to make any changes to your booking, we ask that you follow our cancellation policy outlined below. Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes plans change, but we ask for your cooperation with the following cancellation policy: Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the appointment: No charge. You may reschedule without any penalty. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment or same-day cancellations: You will be charged in full, or for one session of your package or you will be charge to your gift card or Groupon will be applied to your account. This policy ensures that we can manage our schedule and continue to provide high-quality services to all of our clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
